The Centre is functional to the outdoors programmes organised by the Extreme Sports Club Scorpio, like hiking, mountain bike, rock climbing, and paragliding: all activities that can be practiced at the Centre which is equipped with all the necessary structures.

Sport and educational facilities are present at the Centre, as described. It was built by mountain and adventure lovers in order to provide an accommodation for the guests and participants to outdoor activities. Amongst the main features are MTB single track circuit, an Adrenaline Tower, a Zip-line, hiking trails and a paragliding area.
