Sarajevo weather forecast

Long, hot summers, cool springs and autumns and cold winters, often with considerable snowfall ideal for skiing, combine to make up Sarajevo's weather. However, the mountains around Sarajevo and the region create a climate of their own and where the Mediterranean and continental climates meet the blistering heat can quickly disappear and the temperatures can easily drop ten degrees Celsius in a short time span. It's always wise to bring at least a fleece to Bosnia, even in July and August.
